This series will incorporate various aspects of yoga in order to calm and balance in the present moment but also provide tools that can be used anywhere and any time. Classes will focus on meditation, breathing, and mantra as well as poses.
The Yoga for Anxiety Series is only $60 for all four classes!
This series will take place four consecutive Fridays starting April 6th@ 7pm.
Students must pre-register (at the link above) & pre-pay for every class in this series. Please plan to attend all four classes in the series. Refunds will not be issued due to missed classes.
