Self Care Saturday

Self Care Saturday is quarterly Day Retreat at The Studio! The itinerary for the day is listed below. These times are subject to change or might very slightly, but we hope to stick to the schedule as best we can.

Gentle Yoga with Allison

We will be starting our morning off with this gentle, foundational yoga class. Breath and proper alignment are emphasized. All levels will be comfortable attending this and our other classes of the day.

Lunch

Lunch is provided. We will be teaming up with a local company or restaurant. More information to come.

Open Spa Time

Your SCS registration includes 20% off spa services during Open Spa Time. From 12:30pm-3:30pm our spa is all yours! Our aesthetician is available for 30 minute facials, our massage therapist is available for 30 minute massages (very limited), and our acupuncturist will be available for 15 & 30 minute MPS sessions.

*pre-booking spa services for this event is HIGHLY recommended as time is limited to 12:30pm-3:30pm and SCS is open to up to 10 individuals. To request reservation for your services, please fill out this form. All requests will be made into appointments on a first come, first serve basis. 

Acu Yoga with Jennifer

After you've enjoyed and indulged in spa services, we will bring everyone back to the mat for Acu Yoga with our acupuncturist, Jennifer. Acu Yoga starts off as a gentle Integral Hatha class designed for every body. The class winds down into an extended Savasana where auricular acupuncture is added to enhance relaxation, integration, and meditation. Ear seeds are available as an alternative to acupuncture.

Dinner

Dinner is not included in the price of SCS but we will be walking to a local downtown restaurant as a group for those that want to enjoy the evening getting to know each other even better.

Yoga Nidra with Allison

Yoga nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. As it has been found to reduce tension and anxiety, you will leave Self Care Saturday absolutely refreshed & ready for a great night's sleep ~ the perfect end to a wonderful day of yoga, good company, delicious food, and self care.

2018 Winter Self Care Saturday is only $70

Your 2018 Winter SCS registration will include 2 yoga sessions, 1 specialized yoga session, lunch, and 20% off listed spa services for the day.

Pre-registration & pre-payment for SCS is required to attend.
