New Year, New You Kickoff

We are so excited to take on 2018 at The Studio! Our Kickoff is going to center around overall wellness and how to make our wellness "resolutions" into "intentions" so that we succeed at our goals, not only in the first few months of the year, but throughout the year creating a lifestyle change.

We will start promptly at 7pm and will be covering topics from proper nutrition to skincare resolutions & rituals, as well as the benefits of private yoga, the 5 pillars of health, how to stick with your wellness intentions and more.

We will also be releasing information on all of the amazing events we have planned throughout the year & also how we plan to improve The Studio experience in 2018.

This is a free event, but we do ask you to register so that we know how many to provide light refreshments for.

We cannot wait to share this evening with you!
