Beginner Yoga Series

This foundational yoga series introduces students to the basics of yoga. Breath and proper alignment are emphasized. This class is perfect for beginners as well as newer yogis wanting to focus on the fundamentals of their practice. Each class in the series will also offer a more in-depth look at the building blocks of yoga.

 

The Beginner Yoga Series will take place four consecutive Sunday in January from 12:30PM-1:30PM.

Students must sign up & pre-pay for every class in this series.
