Coming from an office background, I myself understand how life, work, and kids can wear you down physically and mentally. Stress, every day pain, and even old injuries can make us feel limited in every aspect of life. My intention is to ease the discomfort in the body as well as noise of the mind and encourage you to live fully in your body. With each and every massage, I aim to move with your breath and guide your body into a new space of healing to help keep your body where it needs to be to keep doing more. I use therapeutic methods such as myofascial and stretching along with other techniques to release tension and promote relaxation. I believe massage doesn’t have to hurt to be effective. By focusing on your sense of comfort and relaxation I can help to achieve deep tissue results without the pain. I also enjoy performing prenatal and sports massage and continue to further my education into new modalities and techniques.
